1. Is the meet registration fee of $ 178.00 for two people and one car?
YES
2. If we come in two cars how should we register?
Each person should register for the Meet independently so that each car will be noted for registration purposes.
3. Is the Hotel Registration fee at the Omni $124.00 per night?
YES
4. Is that rate good only for the days of the Meet?
NO, that rate is good for the 3 days prior and 3 days after the meet.
5. What does the registration fee of $89.00 per person ($ 178.00 per couple) cover?
The meet registration covers the food for the Reception and Banquet as well as the facility rentals, Wait staff, State-County Sales Taxes, Resort Tax, gratuity and PayPal's 3% take.
6. Does a Sponsor / Vendor have to pay the meet registration for each person from their company attending as well as registering for the Omni Hotel and donating product and/or money?
YES
7. I am coming only for one day, how do I register?
Registration for each day is as follows (all prices are per registered attendee)
Thursday Only: Registration $50
Friday Only: Registration $25 (All Premium Events at the posted additional charge)
Saturday Only: $60

8. ONLINE MEET SIGN-UP TUTORIAL

Follow this tutorial to help you sign up for the Meet and all of the options. If you have already registered, and you only wish to add events to your current registration, proceed to step 5.

1. Hotel Signup
At the top of the registration page, you will find the link to the Omni Resort, if you wish to stay in one of the Omni-provided rooms, use that link to buy your room; if you have another place to stay, you may skip this step.

2. Meet Registration
You will find the Meet registration section directly beneath the hotel signup area. Fill out all the information in the form (Name, Address, Additional Attendees etc...) Then click 'Submit Form' Figure 1. This will validate your information and continue to the payment page.

3. Payment Page
On the payment page you will be able to choose a number of options. If you are the only person attending, select 'One Person Registration' Figure 2. if you are bringing a guest (spouse or a friend), select 'Two Person Registration' Figure 3. If you wish to attend for only a select few days, you may choose that as well. Figure 4. After clicking on each button, it will open a Paypal page. (I would recommend leaving that up until you are finished)

4. Finishing Payment
At the bottom of the payment page, you will see a link Inviting you back to the registration page. Figure 5. Use this to add premium events (paid events) and standard events (free events), as well as other apparel and collectable's. You will also see these options, and you may select them at any time, without resubmitting your registration (described above in step 2), by scrolling down the registration page.

5. Adding Events
Use the large link on the right side of the page to open a new window used to signup for cruises and other events. Figure 6. For premium events, you must check BOTH the box next to the event Figure 7., and the Paypal link to submit the payment Figure 8. (if you left your Paypal window open as described in step 3, it will be added to your current total) After filling out the fields below, click 'Submit Form' Figure 9.

6. Buying Apparel and Collectibles
Use the buttons to the right of the item description to add the item to your Paypal page. Figure 10. (if you left your Paypal window open as described in step 3, it will be added to your current total)
